Your points are credited to your AZIMUT Bonus account within a maximum of 24 hours for eligible stays in participating hotels right after your check-out.
If your points have not been credited while respecting Loyalty program Rules, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your reservation number.
AZIMUT Bonus points’ recalculation is occurring over 365 days since status was obtained.
If loyalty member confirms your membership status during 12 months, the period of validity will extend.
For example, loyalty member get 35 000 points and Silver status on the 1 of January, 2018.
He should be awarded by 35 000 points or more to confirm his membership status. If he cannot and earn less than 35 000 points, his AZIMUT Bonus points burn and membership status changes to Bonus.
So awarding and keeping different statuses is dependent on your activity (number of nights or number of points earned) in the Loyalty program.
Loyalty member can credit an unlimited number of rooms to your membership account while the following conditions are respected:
· the reservation is made in the same hotel and over the same period,
· you stay in one of the requested room,· you pay the whole bill for all rooms during check-out.
