Paulaner is the worldwide famous German beer brand with almost 400 year history. It is possible to come into the Paulaner restaurant through three entrances: from the Olympiyskiy prospekt, from the central hotel entrance and from the hotel directly. The special place on the first floor of the new Paulaner Bräuhaus is given to the brewery. In the center of the hall there is the stage and the large blue-and-white column called “mein Bauch”, which according to the German traditions is the magnet center of each fest: around this column everybody dances, has fun and, of course, drinks freshly brewed beer. The interior design is enhanced with the huge forged chandelier. Those who prefer to have a quiet time can choose the second, more restful and private floor. Both spaces are successfully zoned, here both couples and big companies can find seats. The kitchen of the project is leaded by Schobin Rainer Werner. Pretzels, sausages, pork knuckle, steaks, dumplings are always included in the menu from chef.
